One post per week, Monday through Sunday: what was opened, closed, or rolled, what was going on in the market that week, and anything tried for the first time. Written after the fact from the real trade log, never as a live signal.

The account's record runs back to February 2026. Weeks with little or no activity are folded into a neighboring week's post rather than getting one of their own. Individual trade write-ups live in thetrade journal.
