I'm the person actually behind Bareknuckle Options. Not a team, not a brand voice, one trader. I'm a father of two, and life is expensive. I want to give my family a better, safer future than the one a single paycheck buys. So I started teaching myself to trade options, in one of the most unforgiving, most controversial arenas there is. This account is small on purpose, a real five-figure account, and every trade it makes gets published here in public, wins and losses both, with nothing edited out afterward.

I have to succeed at this. Not as a slogan, as the actual stakes: I want my family to have the freedom that comes with real financial security, and the way I'm building toward that is by becoming a professional trader, one documented trade at a time. If this works the way I'm working for it to work, this site's name won't fit forever. I would genuinely love nothing more than to have to rename it the day trading a small account stops being the accurate description.

Why I'm publishing every trade, no filters

Everything this account does gets published, the wins and the losses, as they actually happen. Not a highlight reel of the good months. Not a curated track record with the bad trades quietly left off. I will lose money here, in public, and you'll see it the same week it happens, in the same detail as every win. That's not an angle, it's the only way I know to make any of this worth reading. If the losses were hidden, the wins wouldn't mean anything either.

Who this is for

I didn't have anyone to do this with. No partner, no mentor looking over my shoulder, just a lot of self-taught trial and error, some of it expensive. I don't want anyone reading this to go through that as alone as I did, so this site is written to be read by three different people, and I mean to speak to all three.

If you haven't started trading yet: I hope watching one real account, mistakes included, gives you something more useful than another pitch to get rich, and maybe the nudge to make your own first move with your eyes open.

If you're already trading and want company: come along. The loneliest part of learning to trade is not having anyone to compare notes with, win or lose, and that's exactly what this account is published for.

If you're an experienced trader: I want to hear from you. This site is a work in progress, run by someone still learning in public, and real experience is worth more here than almost anything else I could add to it.

Methodology

Every trade published here comes from the real account this site is built around, reconciled against the broker's own transaction history to the cent. Nothing is invented, there are no round numbers standing in for a real fill, and there's no cherry-picking. A good month doesn't get featured while a bad one gets skipped. If a position closes, it gets written up, either its own trade-cycle entry or a mention in that week's journal post, whichever it earns. Sizing, entries, and exits follow the same discipline every time, documented after the fact, never published as a live signal to act on.

Every outbound broker or tool link on this site is an affiliate link. If you sign up through one, this site may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. That's what funds the time it takes to document every trade in public, in detail, including the losses. It's not a sales pitch dressed up as content.
